Evegate Business Park

Evegate is a thriving business centre that includes a pub, offices, retail units, coffee-shop and a vets practice. ESS Group installed a 50kWp ground mount system in 2015 to capitalise on the Feed In Tariff scheme while it was available and we have since installed three more systems onsite taking the total output to 310kWp across 3 different MPANs. With a view to future expansion we have also upgraded the switch gear on-site to allow for another 200kWp of solar generation to be incorporated as well as fitting full import/export monitoring for the newest solar installations and the existing grid supplies.

The systems are installed with a mixture of screw piles and straight piles to accommodate the different ground conditions on-site. All civils and electrical works were provided in-house by ESS Group.
